Let’s grow!
Welcome. I’m Hills.
I’m a coach and a farmer.
I’m someone who has spent decades
paying close attention to plants and people,
to seasons, and to the tender and instinctive way
all life reaches toward the light.
I offer one-on-one coaching,
rooted in the wisdom of the natural world,
for those who yearn to grow.
We each carry within us the seed of what we are meant to become.
As does every living thing.
That seed may lie dormant beneath
the demands of everyday life,
uncertainty, burnout, loss,
or the quiet feeling that something is missing.
You know there's more!
More meaning, more ease, more joy,
more of yourself waiting to emerge.
Together, we'll cultivate the conditions
where that inner knowing can take root, sprout, and ripen.
—
Like a greenhouse, coaching offers a space holding
the warmth and protection new growth needs,
a space where something fragile can strengthen
and flourish into the wider landscape of your life.
You’ll grow from that first quiet stirring — to clarity — to confidence,
to a life that feels genuinely and abundantly yours.
Until one morning, you catch a glimpse of how far you've actually grown.
—
I know what it takes to create conditions
where growth flourishes and thrives
through faithful, patient tending.
Welcome to my coaching practice.
DEEP ROOTS. REAL GROWTH.
YOUR WHOLE LIFE, CULTIVATED.

If you're asking the question, you're probably more ready than you think. Something brought you here — a sense that you’re ready to make a shift. That's the real starting point. From there, all you need is curiosity about yourself, and a willingness to act on what you discover.
-
Friends care about you — but they also have opinions, history with you, and their own stake in your choices. My job is different: I ask the questions your friends might not think to ask, the ones that surface what's quietly holding you back, or help you finally give shape to a dream you've been afraid to name. And unlike a friend, I have no agenda for you — no advice to push, no direction I'm steering you toward. That combination — real attention, with zero judgment and zero pressure — is hard to find anywhere else.

Coaching and therapy can overlap — we'll talk about feelings, patterns, whatever's getting in your way, and move your forward. Only a therapist can diagnose you and provide mental health treatment. In coaching, my job is to ask good questions, offer useful tools, and help you take the steps that actually move you forward. Consider it this way: nobody needs a personal trainer to exercise. But train with one, and your workouts get sharper — more focused, more effective, more likely to get you stronger and fitter. Coaching works the same way, except the training ground is your mind, your heart, and your whole way of being in the world.
-
You'll gain real clarity — about your situation, and about your own power to change it. Fear won't necessarily disappear, but you'll start moving despite it. Things that once felt too hard, or even impossible, will start to feel doable. Your relationships will shift, because you'll show up differently within them. You'll feel more like yourself — not a better version, just more fully who you truly are.
-
As often, or as infrequently, as you want! Many clients like to start out meeting every week or two, and settle into a longer rhythm from there … monthly or every six weeks. We'll find the cadence that works for you.
